Cycling UK Oxfordshire organises its own rides and we also highlight some rides run by other local groups.
Even if you are not a Cycling UK member, you will be welcome on any ride that is within your capabilities and we will be happy to match you up with suitable rides. In general, you can ride for free on three rides before deciding whether to join Cycling UK.

Offroad Sunday morning ride July 2016
Sun 24 July 2016 - 10:00am
Twice monthly off-road ride for those who like their rides bumpy and (sometimes) muddy. These will be on the 2nd Saturday afternoons and 4th Sunday mornings.
This ride starts at 10am on Sunday, in Wallingford's Town Square. The ride will be led by a local, Cliff Bellis, and will head in to the nearer Chilterns. There will be a few hills, but taken at a pace that suits everyone, and no really difficult pieces of track. Parking in the Goldsmith's Road car park is free and usually plentiful.
The rides will be about 20 miles, mostly off-road, and aim to finish in time for a late lunch (whether together or heading for home). We adjust the ride to suit the riders and the weather, but in general the terrain will be rough, so a mountain-bike in good condition and with knobbly tyres is recommended.
