Cycling UK Oxfordshire organises its own rides and we also highlight some rides run by other local groups.
Even if you are not a Cycling UK member, you will be welcome on any ride that is within your capabilities and we will be happy to match you up with suitable rides. In general, you can ride for free on three rides before deciding whether to join Cycling UK.
August's ride will be led by David Yearley. I'm not sure exactly of his plans, but I reckon the Ridgeway and hence some great views will figure in it. A moderately paced ride, not a scorcher (although we hope for good weather!) General description: Monthly off-road ride for those who like their rides bumpy and (sometimes) muddy on second Saturday mornings. The rides will be about 20 miles, mostly off-road,…Find out more »

This is a great ride for twisty singletrack in the woods around Woodcote. Not too much climbing - not none, but a bit less than average, and the two main climbs are quite close to the start of the ride. Also there is are major hazards along the route, as long as you can steer around the trees. That all makes it a route that has proved popular in previous…Find out more »

Tea and cake stop at Court Hill after most of the ride (or you could make this your lunch). The timing to finish at 2pm allows for tea and you…Find out more »
