Cycling UK Oxfordshire organises its own rides and we also highlight some rides run by other local groups.
Even if you are not a Cycling UK member, you will be welcome on any ride that is within your capabilities and we will be happy to match you up with suitable rides. In general, you can ride for free on three rides before deciding whether to join Cycling UK.

Annual General Meeting 2019 (AGM)
Sun 10 November 2019 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Please join us on 10th November at 1pm or 2pm at the recently refurbished Kings Head and Bell for our 2019 AGM.
This year we are experimenting with a Sunday afternoon fixture. Peter and I, and others, will be arriving for lunch at 1pm so please join us. The meeting will start at 2pm.
Over the last year, we have been running the group in a ‘low maintenance’ mode. This has certainly reduced the work, and despite that we have had very successful 75-mile and Tri-Vets Century rides, plus we have continued some campaigning, funding and social media activities.
But is this enough?
We are keen to hear your views on what should happen at the Oxfordshire level, supplementing the local Cycling UK groups. We would be particularly happy to have new members on the Committee to help organise this: currently I (Robin) can do the administration but don’t have time for much more.
As a result, we will also have a ‘backstop’ Motion to enable the Committee to wind up the Group if in their view the workload exceeds the benefits during the year. (Update: the wording for this Motion is on the Agenda linked below as a PDF)
Motions should be received 7 days before the meeting by Robin Tucker at email@example.com – (Update: this time limit is now expired, but if there is something you would like discussed in ‘Any Other Business’, please contact Robin)
