Cycling UK Oxfordshire organises its own rides and we also highlight some rides run by other local groups.
Even if you are not a Cycling UK member, you will be welcome on any ride that is within your capabilities and we will be happy to match you up with suitable rides. In general, you can ride for free on three rides before deciding whether to join Cycling UK.

Annual General Meeting 2017 (AGM)
Sat 4 November 2017 - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Our AGM this year moves to a new venue – a pub! And, we will buy everyone a drink – yes a free beer, soft drink, tea, coffee or almost whatever!*
We are meeting in the front room of the pub and they will have a range of drinks and snacks available for us. They have a courtyard, which is a good place to park bikes.
We are changing the format too, the formal meeting will be kept to a minimum needed to pass the necessary votes. We will then move to informal discussions of cycling past, present and future. You can stay for as much or as little of this as you like – with a coffee, a beer, or even lunch from the pub.
- Should we try something longer than a Century in 2018? Or more half-day rides? Or beginners rides?
- Are you interested in an away weekend in 2018? Where would be good?
- Or, a long-distance mountain bike tour, like the Wales South-to-North that four of us did in Spring
We have a separate area in the pub booked and we encourage all Cycling UK Members in and around the county to join us.

Our request goes out for:
Potential Committee Members who could help running the group, our rides and communications – please contact Robin Tucker at email@example.com or Steve Swanton at firstname.lastname@example.org
Possible Motions for the AGM – The deadline has now passed, but if you have an urgent matter, please contact email@example.com
* Cycling UK Members only and limited to 100 Members (normal attendance is 10-20) and a cash value. We can do this because the room is free, saving the money we normally budget for hire of a venue.
